Fees

I am an out of network provider which means that I do not accept insurance. Please call your insurance carrier to find out if you have out of network benefits. If you do have out of network benefits, your insurance will reimburse you a percentage of my fee. However, the amount of that percentage depends on your insurance company which you have to call to find out. When calling your insurance company ask them how much they reimburse for an out of network provider using CPT codes of 90791 (initial consultation) and 90834 (45 minute session). CPT codes are insurance “speak” for the initial consultation and the 45 minute session.
